- Commercial Finance – secured against Property, including the dealing of personal and cross company guarantees.

RETRIEVAL OF ORIGINAL WILLS AND/OR TITLE DEEDS
You may retrieve your Will(s) and/or Title Deeds from us at any time. Requests for retrieval of your Will(s) and/or Title Deeds should be made either by telephone or email to enquiries@savagesilk.co.uk. If by email, please ensure that you include your full name(s), address and contact telephone number.
Please allow us a few days to process your request. Do not call into the office as original documents are held offsite in secure storage.
Whilst we are happy to post your Will and/or Title Deeds to you via Royal Mail, this is at your own risk and we cannot be held responsible should the original documents go missing in the post.
Please note, there is a £36 administration fee (including VAT) for the retrieval of the Will(s) and/or Title Deeds, including the identification check and postage, applicable in all cases.
Prior to releasing the original documents, we will need to verify the identity of the person collecting the Will(s) and/or Title Deeds. They will, therefore, be asked to bring with them to the pre-arranged appointment, proof of identity and address, which cannot be photocopies.
