  • Development Sites – covering both commercial and residential projects, including option agreement.
  • Commercial Finance – secured against Property, including the dealing of personal and cross company guarantees.

Having acted for a diverse range of clients, whether they be purchasers, sellers, landlords, tenants, borrowers or lenders, we have the depth of experience to allow us to provide the best possible proactive legal advice backed up with a strong commercial understanding.

Our team acted on the acquisition of a care home, which involved bank funding and inter-company loan arrangements. There were many layers and aspects of due diligence that were required to be carried out using a thorough and commercial approach in the purchase which was for in excess of £4m.
We have acted on the acquisition of multi-million pound investment properties involving highly complex leasehold arrangements, which required amending in order to preserve the ongoing value of the asset. The deal involved bank funding and had to be concluded within a short deadline to maintain the commercial viability of the transaction for the parties.
Our team has advised a long-standing client in the disposal of a multi let accommodation block for a price in excess of £5million. The intricacies brought with the aspects of residential letting needed to be carefully considered and the sale achieved in a tight timescale.
We act for an international retailer in their landlord and tenant matters, which ranges from taking new leases and renewing exiting leases to the exercise of break rights and dealing with various notices under the Landlord and Tenant Act 1954. Our client benefits from our expertise in this area to allow them to strategically consider their continued growth and presence in the UK.
Our team has closely advised clients in the granting of options and subsequent sales of significant areas of land to national house builders. Multiple title complexities have needed to be considered and appropriately dealt with in order to allow the deal to proceed and achieve the best possible price and outcome for our clients.
