Savage Silk is a trading style for the legal practice comprising SSH Group Holding Company Limited (incorporated in England and Wales with registered number 11622197 and is registered at Carbury House, Preston Farm Business Park, Concorde Way, Stockton-On-Tees, Durham, TS18 3TB, including its subsidiaries and subsidiary undertakings together known as the Group or Savage Silk.  

Savage Silk’s lawyers are subject to regulation by the Solicitors Regulation Authority.

The Group holds professional indemnity insurance which covers all the regulated entities within the Group from time to time, including (without limitation) Savage Silk Limited and their subsidiaries and subsidiary undertakings.  To obtain further details please contact Helen Casely, Finance and Operations Director, at helen.casely@savagesilk.co.uk.

The provision of services to clients is set out and defined in the letter of engagement and terms of business, which are entered into between the specific Group company and the client(s).  No Group company has any authority to obligate or otherwise bind another Group company and nor is it responsible for any act or omission of another Group company unless this is specifically set out and agreed in writing. 

Savage Silk’s aim is to give the best possible service.  If, for whatever reason, you are concerned about the service you have received then in the first instance you should contact the person who is dealing with your matter to raise your concerns, and they will do their best to satisfactorily address these.  However, if you would like to make a formal complaint then you can read our Complaints Policy here: Savage Silk
