About the opportunity:

We are currently looking to add a Client Service Executive to our expanding Commercial Team who will provide secretarial and administrative support.  The role would suit a candidate who has experience working in a commercial property team or corporate and commercial team, however, other similar experience will be considered. 

We hold a diverse portfolio of clients and carry out top tier quality work, along with having a fantastic reputation for negotiating and investigating on behalf of our clients, minimising risk as far as possible and progressing the transaction forward.

Our Commercial department is renowned for providing high standards of advice and a first class service, and has extensive experience with a broad range of commercial property and corporate and commercial matters.  The team deal with a broad range of clients from small to medium sized companies through to international enterprises.

Candidate profile

Relevant experience:

  • A candidate with secretarial or administration experience, working in a commercial property or corporate and commercial department is preferred, however, other experience will be considered;
  • Good typing skills;
  • The ability to communicate confidently and to be professional; and
  • The ability to work well within a close knit team and to use your own initiative when required.

  • A confident communicator with the ability to engage with varied client audiences;
  • Good written communication skills with strong attention to detail;
  • Proactive and comfortable taking initiative when faced with new challenges;
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to handle multiple priorities;
  • Demonstrate a high level of discretion and confidentiality at all times, and
  • Be an effective team player and bring energy and passion to the role! 

Vacancy Information

  • Location: Newcastle upon Tyne and Stockton. Flexible working also available;
  • Salary range: salary commensurate with experience;
  • Job type: Permanent;
  • Working Hours: Usual working hours are 8:30am until 5pm Monday to Friday with one hour for lunch.  Flexible hours will be considered, as will working from home.  Full time or part time roles will also be considered;
  • Holidays: 25 days per annum.
